To the outside, there are fenced areas for the animals, a large Pool with bathing deck, and also a large BBQ house.  This has storage as well as a further WC.  This area is mostly concreted, making it easy to maintain and clean. Beyond this is a further area, currently unused, but ideal for an orchard, fruit trees etc.  This can also be accessed from a different road to the rear of the house.

This is a must-see Villa in a great location with superb walking routes and nature all around, yet still around 30 mins to Alicante, with the beaches and airport.
